US Genuine Issue Mounted Crewman Compartmented Equipment Bag (MCCEB), in new and unissued condition WITH TAGS. Often referred to as a "Tanker Rucksack" or "Tanker Crewman's" bag.

It is a large, specialized frameless bag designed for military vehicle crews to organize mission-essential gear in cramped environments. Introduced into service on July 21, 1994. I

t shares the Woodland camo pattern of that era, but its only "system" crossover is internal; it was sized specifically to carry components of the Modular Sleep System (MSS), which was developed around the same time. It is not generally adapted for ALICE or MOLLE field systems.
