Genuine Issue Hand Grenade Pouch for MOLLE II equipment systems - in new unissued condition This pouch was standard issue for the Woodland Camouflage Rifleman Set, which typically included two of these pouches. It is also commonly used for handcuffs, due to its similar size. Sometimes also marked as "Style 4130" instead of a direct NSN label on the inner tags.
