USGI Chemical-Biological Mask Drink Tube Internal Coupling (M40, M42, M45)

A US Genuine Issue Internal Coupling  for M40, M42, and M45 series of gas masks - new unissued condition, in original sealed packaging. It functions as the critical link between the internal drink tube (which you already have) and an external water source, such as a canteen or hydration bladder.

This assembly consists of a ruggedized external drinking hose equipped with a specialized quick-disconnect coupling. It is designed to pass through the mask's hydration port to provide a secure, airtight connection that allows the wearer to hydrate in contaminated environments without breaking their protective seal.
