US Genuine Issue Weapons Cleaning Tool in new unissued condition. The Field Expedient Cleaning Tool (eFECT) was developed specifically for the U.S. Military to allow soldiers to perform fast, precise weapon maintenance in the field for M16, M4, and AR15 variants.

It emphasizes "expediency" by combining essential scrapers, punches, and sight adjustment tools into one compact folding unit that can be used anywhere without needing a full cleaning bench.

It is produced by Gerber and Otis and either comes with a Black or UCP sheath. Most commonly by Gerber and a black sheath. It rarely comes with a box.
