US Genuine Issue Padded Patrol Belt for MOLLE II field gear systems, in new and unissued condition. This is a dedicated load-bearing platform designed for standalone use or integration with a tactical harness. Unlike rucksack components, this "battle belt" features a continuous 3-inch wide foam-padded section that provides 360-degree cushioning around the waist.
