Genuine Issue Fighting Load Carrier Vest in new unissued condition. The FLC is a modular, one-size-fits-all tactical vest designed to distribute a combat load evenly over the user's shoulders and waist. This tactical vest was established for military use on May 26, 1999, as a central component of the MOLLE II Rifleman Set.
