US Genuine Issue 40MM Pyrotechnic Double Pouch (Style 4045), in new and unissued condition (and sometimes in original sealed packaging) for MOLLE / MOLLE II field gear systems. It is designed to carry two 40mm pyrotechnic rounds (such as flares or smoke) and is longer than standard 40mm HE pouches to accommodate these munitions.
