USGI Individual Equipment Belt (Web / Utility / Pistol)
$35.80 USD
US Genuine Issue LC-2 Individual Equipment Web Belt (commonly called the "Pistol Belt" or "Utility Belt") is the core load-bearing component of the ALICE system. Introduced as an upgrade to the LC-1, it is designed to carry a soldier's primary field gear—such as canteens, ammunition pouches, and first-aid kits—without sagging or losing its shape.

- Late 1970s/Early 1980s: Some early LC-2s retained the metal hook/brass buckle seen on the LC-1 before transitioning.
- Generation 1 (1981): The iconic "Duck Bill" center-release plastic buckle (pull up to release).
- Generation 2 (1990s): The modern ITW Nexus side-release buckle, which is generally considered the most durable and easiest to use.
- Extenders: Belt extenders are sold seperately.
