US Genuine Cold Weather Patrol Cap, in new or unissued condition (sometimes in original sealed packaging). This is the cold-weather variant of the classic military patrol cap, designed for cooler and variable climates where added ear protection is needed.
This series features fold-down insulated ear flaps (typically fleece-lined or with an extra thermal layer) that tuck neatly inside the crown when not in use. It includes a reinforced/stiffened brim for sun and weather protection, and is constructed from a durable 50/50 nylon-cotton ripstop or 80/20 nylon-cotton blend (material varies slightly by production run and pattern).
The focus is on providing warmth for the ears and head while maintaining the traditional patrol cap silhouette suitable for field use under a helmet.
Unlike the hot-weather versions, this cold-weather design prioritizes insulation and wind protection over maximum ventilation.
